West Ham United has revealed their new goalkeeper kit which will most likely be worn by Robert Green during the upcoming 2009/10 Premier League campaign.

The Hammers recently completed a relatively successful season with a 9th place finish in their first year under Gianfranco Zola. West Ham’s form fell away slightly towards the end of the season after injuries plagued their squad.

The new West Ham goalkeeper kit contains a shirt that has a variety of different grey tones and patterns on the front giving a futuristic feel to it. The collar is a white round neck whilst a dark grey stripe leads out from each side of the collar and down to the underarm. Manufacturers Umbro place their black logo in the top right of the shirt whilst the club badge sits opposite in the top left. Sponsors “SBOBET” run across the middle of the shirt in a large blue typeface. However, the kids replica shirt contains the “Bobby Moore Fund” across the front in a white typeface as part of the campaign to persuade kids away from betting.
