Mexico reveal 2010 World Cup away kit
CONCACAF nation Mexico has revealed their new away kit that they will wear during the World Cup in South Africa throughout June 2010.
Mexico scraped qualification to the 2010 tournament following a fairly disastrous reign by former England manager Sven Goran Eriksson. The team narrowly avoided an embarassing elimination to Jamaica in the 3rd group round after the two teams were only seperated on goal difference. Eriksson was sacked after three defeats in four in the final qualifying group. Fortunately his successor, Javier Aguirre, led the nation on a winning run which saw them qualify in 2nd place. They have been placed in a four team group alongside France, South Africa and Uruguay where the top two qualify.

The new Mexico 2010 World Cup away kit contains a predominately black shirt with a turquoise pinstripe around the bottom of the shirt and further turquoise patches on the edges of the sleeves. Manufacturers Adidas place their white logo centrally below the black and red V neck collar. Adidas also place their three traditional red stripes down the shoulders and towards the bottom area of the sleeves. The national badge is also situated in the top left of the shirt.
