Hartlepool United reveal new 09/10 third kit
League One club Hartlepool United have officially revealed their new third kit that they will wear in the event of a colour clash during the 09/10 season.
The club, who are currently sitting 17th in League One, wore the new design for the match against Leeds on Boxing Day and again at Charlton shortly after.
The kit was released on the 26th January and any supporter that turned up to purchase the shirt on that day was given a free team poster, club hat and was able to meet the players.
Russ Green, Hartlepool chief executive, said: “We are confident that the new kit will prove a big hit with our fans. We wanted to do something a little bit different to launch the kit this time and involving the players will hopefully excite the public.”

The new Hartlepool third kit contains a predominately black shirt with numerous thin gold pinstripes running horizontally across the body throughout. Manufacturers Nike place their “tick” logo in the top right of the shirt whilst the club badge sits opposite in the top left. The rest of the kit includes black shorts and socks with a white Nike logo on both.
