Although not following my general criteria for a good-looking football shirt, this striped effort from Puma looks decent, although probably looking better when worn than in the accompanying image. The shirt features the traditional sky blue of Coventry, alongside white stripes and dark blue trim. This all looks good (although the white pacth across the shirt to accomodate the sponsor logo is a downside), but I am unsure about the shape of the badge, which does not seem to fit that well. With those changes it would be a brilliant shirt, in its current state it is simply good.
Not sure about this one. The theory of a black shirt with gold trim is good but this looks cheap. The gold patches look as if they have just been stuck onto a plain black shirt, giving birth to the impression of cheapness. Another notable part of the shirt is the inclusion of the stadi arena logo, which is a subsidiary of Cassidy Group whose logo features on the home shirt. I don't like overly-complicated shirt designs, but this one is probably too minimal, too plain, and poorly-produced at that.
