Brondby becomes the latest club to pay Unicef to use their logo on the front on their shirt. Adidas is the shirt manufacturer and have produced another rather basic design. Simple, yes, but perhaps a tad bland. Brondby fans will no doubt buy it, but perhaps one for diehards only. However it is nice to see more clubs helping Unicef in this way, with Brondby following in the footsteps of Barcelona and Boca Juniors by printing Unicef on the chest of their strips, this time in a baby blue to accompany the yellow shirts with navy trim.
Away Brondby Kit
The away kits uses one of last season's Adidas templates - with a charcoal shirt with baby blue stripes on the shoulders and the waves design on each side of the shirt. It looks okay, but the waves on the sides of the shirts are somewhat overbearing, and do not look as if they belong on professional club shirts. The Unicef logo is printed in the baby blue again here.
