Blackburn Rovers unveil official home kit 10/11

Premier League club Blackburn Rovers have officially revealed their new home kit that they will wear during the 2010/11 Premiership season.

The team had a satisfactory 09/10 campaign which saw them finish directly mid table in 10th. A below par start to the season saw the club in the lower regions of the table despite them never being in any real relegation danger. However, manager Sam Allardyce slowly but surely led the club up the table after Christmas. He will hope to continue their late surge in the 10/11 season and enter the race for European football.

The new Blackburn Rovers 2010/11 home kit contains a shirt which is vertically split with a blue left side and white right side of the body. The sleeves contradict the body colour with a blue right sleeve and a white left sleeve. Manufacturers Umbro place their blue logo in the top right of the shirt whilst the club badge is situated in the top left. The collar is a white polo neck and sponsors “Crown Paints” position their white worded logo inside a black rectangle across the centre of the shirt.
