Barnsley FC has revealed their home kit that they will be wearing during the 2009/10 Championship season.

The club narrowly avoided relegation to League 1 in the 2008/09 season under Simon Davey. However, a 2-1 victory away to Plymouth on the final day fully confirmed Championship football for the 09/10 season.

The Barnsley home kit contains a predominately red shirt with white piping around the shoulders and a white trim on the edge of the sleeves. Manufacturers Lotto place a red and black worded logo centrally below the collar along with a white picture logo on both sleeves. The club badge lies directly below the Lotto worded logo whilst sponsors “Barnsley Building Society” place their large white logo across the middle of the shirt. The kit is completed with white shorts and red socks.
