2010/11 Manchester City home kit
Big spenders Manchester City have revealed their new home kit that they will wear throughout the 2010/11 Premier League campaign.
The team had a relatively disappointing 09/10 season considering the amount of money they spent in the previous summer. Manager Mark Hughes was tasked with leading the club into the top four whilst some even tipped the club as outside title challengers. However, a succession of draws saw City stranded in 7th and cost Hughes his job. Roberto Mancini took charge and led the team back into top four contention. However, a defeat to Spurs in their penultimate match ensured that the team would have to settle with Europa League football in 2010/11.

The new Manchester City 2010/11 home kit contains a predominately sky blue shirt with numerous extremely thin vertical pinstripes of the same colour running throughout the body. Other details include white sleeve edges and a round neck collar. Manufacturers Umbro place their white logo in the top right of the shirt whilst the club badge is situated opposite in the top left. Sponsors “Etihad Airways” position their large white worded logo across the centre of the shirt.
